Shad is a National: HS All-American, Collegiate: All-American, University: All-American Greco Roman and had Two tours on the USA team to Bulgaria and Ukraine and turkey. 

His high intensity training programs are crticial to the success of our youth. Middle and High School programs. Shad's leadership on and off the mat provides our wrestlers with the building blocks required to achieve their goals and is recognized throughout the local and wrestling communities for his tireless efforts with the program.
